Why Tedex
Tedex products are very high assessed by the wide group of oil users: both car owners, service stations and big consumers from public transport, industry, construction and agricultural segments. The excellent quality of raw materials, state-of-the-art technologies and our high class specialists, which are familiar with the so-called “oil kitchen" and real needs of oil market guarante excellent operation properties of oils.
In order to meet our customers’ requirements and expectations, our company implemented the Quality Management System and it obtained on 8. September 2000 Certificate, confirming that we met requirements provided in EN ISO 9002 as regards “Production, sales and service of engine, gear, hydraulic and special oils and operating liquids”.
The next certification of the Quality Management System was conducted on 23.10.2003 for conformity with EN ISO 9001:2000 standard requirements. In October 2006 we successfully passed the second recertification of our Quality Management System by EN ISO 9001:2000 standard. We certified ourselves for EN ISO 9001:2008 standard with success in 2010.
Our own commercial and distribution network within the entire territory of Poland allows for permanent contact with our Customersm securing not only continuous supplies but also free technical service (selection substitute oils and greses, advice regarding lubricating agent use, lubrication management and technology).
Our company for more 20 years in business on oil market in Poland has proved that it is albe to guarantee high and stable quality of products, continuous and timely deliveries as well as attractive proces and terms of cooperation. Making effort to meet growing steadily needs of our Customers, we focus aur activities on permanent improvement of technology of prouction and quality of our products.
